KIDS

In this class, you would be able to learn safe, effective and correct ways to increase flexibility.

From those who have never stretched nor danced before, to those who have been stretching and dancing.

All levels welcome.
 

KIDS POLE

For children around 4 to 12 years old.
Lessons include warm up exercises, stretches and pole training.
This class is designed to introduce pole to children, with safe and proper techniques and tips so that over time they would be able to learn tricks, advance and improve one's musicality.
Class focuses on maintaining children's interest, and motivation.

KIDS ACROBAT

For children around 4 years and above.
Lessons include warm up exercises, stretches, and acrobatic training.
Acrobatic training includes standard forward rolls, standard back rolls, bridge, and handstands.
Once above tricks have been mastered, then tricks such as rolling, handstand into bridges, advanced forward rolls, advanced back rolls, cartwheels, and back flips will be covered.

MAMA POLE

In this class, mums can attend with a baby and a child aged between average of 2 months to 6 years old.
This class will focus on carrying out stretching exercises and muscle strengthening exercises with your child, and you can also let your child play around you, therefore you can expect a stress-free class with your child while learning to pole dance yourself.

MAMA YOGA WITH BABY

All mums can participate with babies, aged between average of 2 months to 6 years old.
This class will start with massage and yoga for babies until they get comfortable to the atmosphere, followed with yoga for mothers with babies.
