AERIAL

Pole dance combines both dancing, and acrobatics centered around a vertical pole.
Pole dance classes consist of level 1 (beginner) up to level 4 and above (higher the level, more advanced.)
NB) If you have pole danced before but are not sure which level you fall into, please contact us, or ask instructors and check your level before booking a class.

AERIAL SILK1

Aerial silk, hammock dance and aerial yoga combines both dancing and acrobatics using a piece of fabric hang down from the ceiling called a "silk".

LEVEL 1

For those who have never tried aerial silk before, please start by attending a level 1 class.
This class will include stretching using silks, learning how to climb, to curl up into a ball, how to step onto a silk, how to lock on a silk, and pose after locking a foot on a silk.
You will also learn to invert from the floor, as well as how to hip lock.
After attending several level 1 classes, and you would like to move up to a level 2 class, please check with instructors whether you are ready to move up to level 2.

LEVEL 2

In this class you would need to be able to invert in the air and also go into a ball position, therefore if you can invert in the air, please attend a level 2 class.
In this class you will learn to stretch using a silk, core training using a silk, handstand from a ball position, removing a hand from invert position, and tricks using hip locks.

LEVEL 3

In this class you would need to be able to invert in the air and also be stable in the foot lock position up on a silk, therefore if you find yourself still unstable with the foot lock poses, please attend a level 2 class.
In this class, you will be learning to stretch using a silk, core training using a silk, ball position into a handstand, removing a hand from invert position and advanced tricks.

HAMMOCK DANCE・AERIAL YOGA

In this class, you would be able to learn safe, effective and correct ways to increase flexibility.

From those who have never stretched nor danced before, to those who have been stretching and dancing.

All levels welcome.

AERIAL HOOP

Aerial hoop combines both dancing and acrobatics using a hoop hang down from the ceiling.

LEVEL 1

For those who have never tried aerial hoop before, please start by attending a level 1 class.
In this class, you will be learning to stretch using a hoop, how to climb up onto a hoop, how to go inside a hoop, and how to pose inside and on a hoop.
If you have some aerial hoop experience, or have attended several level 1 classes before, please check with instructors whether you are ready to move up to level 2 or if you should attend level 1 class.

LEVEL 2

Once you can pose on a hoop without moving around too much, have stability, able to climb and go down without running out of energy, and are safe on a hoop, then you are ready to move up to a level 2 class.
This class will include standard hoop poses, as well as more advanced tricks including turns and tricks landing from turns.
